Our Story

Two brothers.
One shared
obsession.

Java Brothers started with a simple belief: that the food you eat every day should be made with the same care as a Sunday dinner. No shortcuts. No compromises.

What began as a weekend pop-up in a Seattle garage grew into a full-time bakery and grocery on SW Roxbury — because our neighbors kept showing up and asking us to stay open longer.

Today, we source from local Washington farms, bake in small batches, and still answer every phone call ourselves. That hasn't changed.
